If Michigan wins, will there be an asterisk?

It definitely isn't for nothing. Michigan doesn't recruit like the top programs. Michigan is going to have to rebuild, while the top programs simply reload.

So will it suck to lose in the national title game?!? Absolutely. But they will still have back to back to back B1G titles and still got the opportunity to play for it all.

For a school like Michigan who has 1/2 of a national title since the WW2 days, I think it's going to hurt y'all a lot more if you lose than you're willing to admit.
 
As someone who hates Michigan, absolutely not. See Brady and belichek. Their run was filled with controversy and they are considered the best to ever do it
