Two jobs lol
One I'm dipping the toes in first and if it sucks I'm going with the one I would start a week later
The first one I'm being grossly overpaid for an easy gig of which I can only assume they want me to eventually run a district for them
The latter is the DM in training gig that's straight salary but I'm managing sales people if that makes sense. I've never done sales but it's a very large company so I'm just managing the salesforce. It's not like it's insurance or some bullshit.
