current neighborhood isn't bad

my prior neighborhood there were at least 3 houses on my block that had their garages too full to get cars. 2 were fairly normal (boat, tools, other toys) but one looked like hoarding situation, stacks of water stained cardboard and lots of busted crap. Curtains always drawn
