Is this the first year…

How did the ACC have 3 teams beat ND, who went 9-3, if you're not saying Ohio State is in the ACC? I'm gonna just say now, I cannot make this easier for you. The answer is you are a retard, like usual.

Where did I say OSU was in the ACC?? Goodness man I forgot how much you bleed per month.

Meant 2 teams beat Notre Dame. I listed Louisville and Clemson. And they both beat ND by more points than OSU. Sorry I’m blind with my phone

I'm still waiting to hear about the 'big games' Jordan Travis has played in?

At Clemson. Opening night LSU. That was a beatdown. You know… while you were playing UNLV :dhd:

You went full blown toolbox pages ago. You’ve lost all credibility

So LSU and their 105th ranked pass defense was his 'big game'? Speaking of losing credibility. And your other 'big game' is against 4 loss Clemson?

I take it back -- if those are the big games for FSU, I now understand why they were left out of the CFP.

If Georgia wins Texas is in and FSU is out.

Everyone is making this about the SEC and Bama but it doesn't add up because the selection committee chair was an ACC AD. If there truly was a fix in it would be an immense undertaking to get all the parties involved on the same page and all of them would be risking their integrity not to mention becoming liable for civil penalties and since people bet on this they would be risking criminal charges.

Now what makes the most sense to you, that a fix was in for the SEC or the committee picked the best 4 teams?

Then why wasn't tejas ahead of Florida St in any of the previous CFP rankings?

As teams lost they dropped out of the Top 4.
The committee had to drop Georgia out when they lost, so they needed to find another way to get an SEC team in.
They couldn't put Alabama in over tejas (H2H), so they had to give an undefeated conference champion the boot to get Alabama in.

Not only who had the better loss, but who had the better win(s).

You know who had the best win between Bama and Texas?

Texas...when they went into Bamas house, beat their ass and drank all their beer.

Dude.. lol you haven’t won shit in decades. Clemson and LSU still have plenty of talent on both sides of the ball. Even a moron knows this. And Clemson and LSU have won titles recently. Unlike yourself who couldn’t even hang with TCU last year.

Bwhahahaha how long has it been? Meanwhile keep playing cupcakes so you feel like the tallest midget

Someone splain to me how Penn St is ranked 10?

With wins over Iowa and West Virginia. That’s it

Shit year for college football. No objectively dominant teams. After the first 8, throw a dart.

So now 'big games' have nothing to do with the current year, but what teams have done years ago. Got it.

So just so we're clear:
10-3 Iowa = 10-3 Louisville
8-4 WVU = 8-4 Clemson

However, instead of having to face a 13-0 michigan and 11-1 OSU team (both of whom would easily beat them), Florida State was gifted a game vs. 9-3 LSU that had one of the worst defenses in all of college football. In your limited mind, this means Penn State has no business being top 10 but FSU should somehow be in the CFP with their dogshit 55th ranked SOS? You make it too easy to make fun of you, Simple Jimmy.

Your hormones are raging again. Or you’re just that dumb.

Iowa plays in the THE worst division in CF. Iowa beat ZERO ranked teams all year. Penn St beat Iowa. That’s it. West Virginia also beat zero ranked teams.

Lmao

Louisville and Clemson both beat 2 ranked teams. Ohio St also beat 2 ranked teams. All 3 of these teams beat Norte Dame.

Conclusion is your entire conference is absolute garbage

So anyhow, FSU got to duck playing two elite teams in Ohio State and michigan, and instead got to play LSU (I mean, it's Brian Kelly, perhaps the worst big game coach of this century) as their "marquee matchup". Penn State vs. FSU would've probably been the proper bowl matchup for a Jordan Travis-led FSU team, and they might have been able to keep it close with PSU.

You've pointed out how tough road games can be and also pointed out that Duke was good earlier this year. ND was the only team to beat Duke at full strength before Riley fucked his leg up, and that was the week after ND got physically beat up by OSU. Then the following week they had another road game at night against Louisville and got caught looking ahead to USC (which was their 4th straight primetime ranked game in a row). I don't put much stock into the Louisville game considering how we saw them get murdered by the same 3-9 Pitt team that ND beat by 51. ND played an actually tough schedule this year (unlike anyone in the ACC), so they were bound to drop a game against a lower level opponent. It's the same reason why we've seen OSU drop games to Purdue or Bama drop games to A&M.

Anyhow, happy to help you learn some football Simple Jimmy.

That the final playoff rankings differ from simulated BCS rankings? I know they’ve had the order different in the past, but I think they’ve always had the same top 4?

(Also, BCS has Alabama over Texas, lol)

It is the first year that the Top 4 in the CFP rankings differed from the AP and Coaches Polls.
The AP and Coaches both had Florida St in the CFP.

CFP

1. Michigan (13-0)
2. Washington (13-0)
3. tejas
4. Alabama

AP

1. Michigan (13-0)
2. Washington (13-0)
3. tejas (12-1)
4. Florida St (13-0)

Coaches

1. Michigan (13-0)
2. Washington (13-0)
3. Florida St (13-0)
4. Alabama (12-1)

In previous years the order of #1 - #4 may have been different at times, but the Top 4 were always the same 4 teams.

Being a tard and on your period yes, there is no cure for you. I thought you would grow out of it honestly but it seems like it’s getting worse.

Penn State only rank win is Iowa. Iowa beat zero ranked opponents and they play in the worst division of college football

Say it with me slow. Zero

Yes.

interesting the coaches has Bama over Texas.

Yet maintained the undefeated P5's in the Top 3.

I'm curious how the CFP derives it's Top 4?

The AP and Coaches use a point system to determine rankings.
The CFP committee says "Here it is fuckers".
We have no idea who voted for what or how close it was.
I'd assume the 13 members of the committee each fills out a Top 25 ballot and each team is assigned a point value reflecting their ranking.
So let's see it.
