It's being reported that Jaden Rashada ...

Eh, I know what my eyes tell me. Average arm. He'll be "a guy" in the nfl, for a couple of years pr so. I get it, you're an optimistic fan of where he played his college ball

For the record, I'm not all that convinced Young will amount to much, either
Of course, I am a fan, but I've watched him in about 30 games. It's better than an average arm is all I am saying. Here is one scouting report:

SCOUTING REPORT: STRENGTHS

  • Good (not elite) arm strength and can make most the NFL throws with effortless intermediate passes.
  • Sees the field very well when the play breaks down and has the quick-thinking and football IQ to change plays at the line.
  • Very confident passer and shows good accuracy and feel when in rhythm. Showed better ball placement from past years and throws very catchable passes
  • Picks up yards with his legs when needed and shows a natural affinity to avoid pressure and buy time
  • Possesses very good vision balance, elusiveness, and deceptive speed as a runner.
  • Has a quick release - making him tough to sack
  • Has a natural instinct for the game and a fantastic never say die attitude - that so far have managed to make up for his average athletic skills
  • Sprays the ball anywhere on the field, especially when given a pocket from which to deliver. Will step up into the pocket while looking downfield, reset his feet and deliver.
  • Natural leader who's well respected by all his teammates

SCOUTING REPORT: WEAKNESSES

  • Bennett often holds the ball too long. While Bennett keeps his eyes up while moving, his mechanics get increasingly sloppy once he’s pushed off his spot.
  • It's obvious why Bennett isn't viewed a highly rated NFL prospect - he's diminutive in the pocket at just 5-11 (at a push!) and 190 Lbs. He may struggle to stay healthy when not playing behind a Bulldog line
  • His arm strength is decent but less than ideal; he lacks a little zip, and accuracy becomes an issue when he’s unable or unwilling to set his feet.
  • Puts too much air in some of his throws and needs to show a lower trajectory on deep throws.

Bryce is going to be a STAR

Bryce is going to be a STAR
I don’t really see it. He’s smaller than Bennett, has big arm, but isn’t incredibly accurate, and is the least accomplished QB Saban has ever had at Bama.

Guy makes plays outside the pocket, inside the pocket.. Not sure if you watched Bama games this season, but he had a lot of drops.. his most dependable target was his RB.

Size at QB really isn't as important with all the rules designated to keep them upright and healthy.

He's going to be a star.. even at Houston or Indianapolis

We’ll see. I’d take Stroud over him in a heartbeat though

He’d still be a lesser QB than Stroud IMO
I don't believe that at all... Bryce would have gotten tosu wins over UM and knock off UGA this past season.. Stroud would have given Bama a couple more losses last season.

Believe what you want, but I’ve watch a ton of Bryce and nothing about him screams NFL stud to me

kinda goes along with your takes... he'll be a 10 year probowler and get a gold jacket lol

I’ve got a pretty good track record with QBs entering the NFL. I called Mahomes being a stud and Rosen being a major bust before they were even drafted

That's not true.

Mahomes is 27.
Burrow is 26.

This must be right up there with TX/OU thumbing their noses at the GOR and going to the SEC in 2024. LOL
they said this on SiriusXM.. as stated in previous post above.. I did not fact check it..

and UT/ou will be in the SEC in '24...

And when faced off against a defense that has any sort of wrinkle to it, he shits the bed.

what are you talking about.. what game did he "shit" the bed?

Sorry, but when A&M is able to confuse and frustrate you, you are shitting the bed.

Well in last year’s NCG, he threw the game ending pick 6 and the only TD he got was due to a bullshit fumble call followed by an even more bullshit roughing the passer call. He has never exactly shined the brightest when the stage is the biggest. He’s gonna be the only multi year Bama starter to never win a natty under Saban

lol wasn't that Jalen Milroe??

Yeah you beat them in his first season as a starter.. yet he still threw for 370 and had 3TDs with 1 INT.. yeah what a "shit" game..

you mean the same game where he lost his best WR? Same game where Hall dropped multiple balls downfield? Yeah, ok..

The same game where he missed multiple open receivers and had his most iconic play, a pick 6 with the game on the line
