It's Monday and guess what....... It's Raining Again

The weeds in the backyard grow so quickly of late I had to download a plant ap to discern which is a plant and which is a weed. Horseweed is off the chain. Shit will grow a foot in a week it feels like.
Horseweed is particularly suitable for diarrhea, dysentery, internal hemorrhage, and hemorrhoids. Native Americans boiled the root to make a tea for menstrual irregularities. ... Good for tuberculosis, kidney gravel, diabetes, hemorrhages of the stomach, nosebleeds, fevers, bronchitis, coughs, cystitis, and dropsy.

@gobucks0409 if you have all of these ailments weeds are the least of your problems

upped value of my house a few K over weekend, installed new shower head

I'm pretty impressed.

I have a relatively inexpensive (I think I paid $130 for them) pair of Smith sunglasses that I bought about five years ago. The left rubber nose piece fell off a couple weeks ago and I wrote Smith's customer service to see if they had any replacement pieces. These glasses have been discontinued and they don't have any of the nose pieces left, so they told me to submit a warranty claim. I don't have a receipt, but I took a few pictures of the glasses and sent them in.

I just got an email back from them giving me a $150 credit towards a new pair of sunglasses.

That's awesome customer service right there.

That's rare these days but good to hear

I think a Hyundai is.

Seriously, you wouldn't consider exploring a warranty for an item that was over $100?
Not after 5 years, no.

My Beats Studios began to crack at month 13 of the "year" warranty and lol @ trying to get Apple to do anything regarding customer service.

I think the norm is most customer service is crap these days even for justifiable claims. However, its great to hear about a rare place that will stand behind their product, especially when they don't necessarily need to

When the Hyundai craps out in 2 years you are not going after the warranty?

Seems strange
Hundai/Kia have actually improved quite a bit in terms of reliability over years

I don't consider them a joke of a company I once did

Tucson is fine choice for soccer moms

I don't like to spend more than $30 on sunglasses

To be clear I think they are good vehicles. I make comments purely to antagonize Douche
