Raw food is fucking nasty.

salmon and tuna tartare are awesome. I prefer steak tartare, but the fishes are really good too.

Man, I could go on and on about different raw food that I absolutely love.

It looks good, but if I go to a brewery I kinda want something specific to that place. Not something every brewery in America is making. I'm assuming some of them have their own little twists, but I haven't actually tried any.

Yeah, some breweries have made slight changes. Plus, if you really wanted, you could compare brewery to brewery to really see who is a better brewer.

I've eaten a lot of weird shit. Particularly when I spent a month traveling around China, Korea, Hong Kong & Taiwan.
