i cut out dunkins iced coffee with cream and sugar. replaced with NOS. sounds counter-intuitive, but the weight started falling off (cream and sugar be gone). i get 1 "soda" a day, one giant NOS in the am. havent had cereal in 2 years. tried black coffee, cant do it.Yup, my diet doesn't allow for either.

College football Saturday's are cheat days, the trick is to only make enough food for that day and don't let it spill over till Sunday or the 4th of July like I did in 2012.

i was 290 lbs. saw the pics posted online, got home that afternoon and ran 3 miles. hadnt run in years. just ran. couldnt even do 10 pushups, was pathetic.
