Jim Harbaugh gone to NFL

An amusing exchange, thanks guys.

NPWD: But probably because of this...

FIB & 7S13: Yeah, no.

NPWD: But then probably because of this...

FIB & 7S13: Yeah, no. Not that either.

I know so little about hockey. I was just guessing. I just know UM has 4 of the top 5 picks in the last NHL draft on their team.
I don't even know what their record is or if they are even good.

What was wild about what i said?

Which didn't stop you from wild speculation to defend your thoughts. Kinda par for the course with you, hockey or otherwise.
In his defense, he usually types way more words to say just as little.

The saga has ended....for now.

Buyout is only 3 mil year 1 and drops year by year. That won’t end speculation of him leaving for the NFL again next year.

It won’t. Michigan can also dump him easily. So it’s a win win for both.

Within 2 years he'll be back in the League.

Surprised the Raiders didn't hire him actually.

I seriously doubt it at this point. Last year was the year he was going to leave and didn't. I think that was the last hurrah with the NFL for some time, maybe ever. He's 58, another couple years at Michigan and he's 60. Is he looking to uproot and try and flip an NFL team at 60? And I think most NFL teams might not be super interested, partially because his demands are unusual compared to most candidates; he wants control over everything. He has pretty much full autonomy at Michigan and unless the team slips again it seems like he's in a good spot for a while.

Harbaugh is a football lifer and 60 is hardly ancient.

Sure, but if he stays at Michigan 3-5 more years does he really want to try and flip an NFL team in his mid 60's?

Like I said....within 2 years he'll be back in the League, not 3-5.

There's just no way at this point. He doesn't sign a 5 year contract to stay 2. I doubt the coaches at the teams who would even hire Harbaugh will be gone in just two seasons.

Care to wager?

You don't know? LOL.

After the next 2 seasons Harbaugh will be back in the NFL.
So you're talking post 2023 season? So like December 2023/Jan/Feb 2024?

And to clarify, leaving because the NFL poaches him not because he gets fired from Michigan.

You said he won't be gone because of a new 5 year deal? LOL.

I am saying he leaves for the NFL either because he wants to or because Michigan isn't happy he can't bring a Natty.....why he leaves is irrelevant. He'll be in the League after the next 2 college seasons.
