JUST GIVE US A CALL

Oregon owns USC this decade.
Oregon owns UCLA the past two decades.
USC and UCLA do not care about athletics as much as Oregon.
Oregon provides endless pockets for NIL.

You called the wrong programs Big Ten
I think the BIG is looking at trends. Two appear headed up and one is going another direction.

The PAC has been around in some form since 1915 and these two jokers decide to just up and leave.

All about $$$$. This is why we have so many discussion threads in the Political Forum.

I see it like that band where you have one or two people that are stars and the others are decent but not star-worthy. Sometimes the stars will dump/screw over their friends to try to make it big. It works sometimes and it fails sometimes.

Kind of like in that Southpark episode about Guitar Hero.

Fellow SEC fans, Tennessee, is this what it was like with Lane Kiffin bouncing overnight to SC?

Basically, yeah. Especially when he takes recruits with him. However, Tennessee's admin was a shitshow and had no plan hiring Derek Dooley which set us back even further.

At least Oklahoma, with Lincoln Riley situation, had Bob Stoops to step in and actually somewhat salvaged their mess. Better administration in Norman vs. Knoxville in 2009.

Gotta admit, that's some of the weirdest shit in CFB.

Hey! Let's use some 1950's gay gas station attendants as cheerleaders!

WTF?
Pretty simple to ignore them. All you have to do is stop being obsessed about them and it takes care of itself :suds:

Well, I'm going opposite of what y'all are saying. I wouldn't mind if Oregon and Washington got an invite and joined the SEC.
Why the hell not? Definitely a change in the scenery of college Saturday.
This is where this bullshit is headed so let the SEC shift it into higher gear and let's get this fuckin' shit done.
Now, I would much rather have Clemson and FSU, but that prolly not happening any time soon. But, in today's world, with things changing at warp speed, the members of the ACC might try to make something happen.

USC/UCLA still bring WAY more $$$$ to the Big Ten than Oregon ever will. What does Oregon bring other than an empty trophy case ?

If Oregon doesn't get a call from the Big Ten
It will have nothing to do with athletics and everything to do with academics. We let one weak academic school in (Nebraska), I don't know if they will do that a second time. We really wanted Nebraska for their women's volleyball.

I don’t get the Lincoln Riley jabs. Arkansas and Kentucky would have easily won the B1G last year, he’s still getting out of playing an actual tough conference schedule

The Big Ten already getting that Nike money. Michigan is getting more money from Nike than Oregon is.

Big Ten definitely is the Champions at $$$ but if you look outside of $$$, it really isn't that competitive of a Football Conference with only Ohio State even showing the ability to compete with Elite SEC programs.

Most of the SEC doesn't have the ability to compete with the elite SEC programs. You say nothing.
