Love to watch dolphins. When I was in the Navy, when we were heading into Pearl Harbor, we would usually see some dolphins leading us into the harbor and then turn and head back out, their "escort duties" completed.

Probably BEFORE your time but, I always remembered the movie "The Incredible Mr. Limpet" (1964) with Don Knotts when I saw these dolphins around the Navy ships.
