This reminds me of when I worked at Polaris and one of the line workers was an old black guy and every time I'd take over for him on break he'd just say, "Thanks peckerwood." and smile and pat me on the shoulder.

I worked a with couple dudes out here. We started hanging out after work, and became really good friends. They were cousins, and Terrell, or "Fat Rel" would say, " Jake ain't nothing but a white boy wit n!$$@ problems"
I don't know what it means exactly, but it came from a place of love.
