Agreed

It's a turn off. I get that it's unpopular enforcement but you can't have a hundred plus bums lining the strip asking for cash. I have yet to see one posted up on the strip they are always on the walking bridges going across the strip itself. And they've not been aggressive.

But I can imagine in days gone by it was a problem
