lol...brisket is a lean piece of meat and will dry out during cooking if you don't add either fat or a liquid for it to braise in.

Franklin's Barbecue & Salt Lick in Austin, Texas, which is known as the gold standard of Beef briskets, wraps their briskets in beef tallow (fat) during the final stages of cooking to make it moist.

Lincoln Riley apparently doesn't know this about brisket. That brisket looked dry as fuck too!
