Lincoln Riley is quietly building a ketchup and mustard beast

Someone say mustard?

Better to use them for something instead of just throwing them away. Because no sane person would ever put that nasty shit on their own food.

No wrong way to cook a brisket unless you manage to suck all the moisture out of it

like Lincoln did.
which can be done multiple ways so your statement is inherently wrong

its good on lots of things

It’s a great binder for smoking pork butt

A full brisket won’t fit in my “easy bake oven” so I haven’t smoked one of those yet.
You could always try it out with a carved up flat only. Layer some bacon over the top to put fat back on since they usually trim all of it off.

I’ll try that once I finish my divorce and getting my shit out of the house as a celebration.

Which statement is that?

not seasoning it at all, too hot. too long. not using the right fat, sauce, moisture at the right time
seems like theres plenty of ways to cook it wrong

You must be a miserable person in real life, just like you are on this board.

Everything you listed there is either something that leads to "sucking the moisture" out or isn't a wrong way to cook a brisket. There are MANY who don't season a brisket at all and let the wood do all the work. There's an entire fucking category for it at the top competitions, so don't tell me "not seasoning it at all" will ruin it. The right fat? What fat is that? The one that is on the fucking brisket is all you have to use. For sauce see my first comment in this paragraph. Moisture is the entire fucking point of my comment.

In summary, sorry that I pissed you off the other day by pointing out that Oregon fans shouldn't say a fucking thing about A&M football because apparently you still have a stick up your ass about it. There is nothing "inherently wrong" about my statement, asshat.

any statement that contradicts itself is wrong. no wrong way... unless... means there is and you already knew it.
I have never seen or heard of anyone not using any seasoning at all for a brisket.
trimming all the fat off oops another wrong way.

didnt piss me off at all. found it more funny. sorry A&M o/u at 8 makes you mad but until they do something that doesn't suggest that I dont see the problem

It isn't contradicting itself when I'm stating the parameter, doofus.

You have never entered a competition then, I guess, if you have never heard of a natural smoke. Not my fault.
No one trims "all the fat off" unless they are a moron. Because that dries it out, and I already listed that the only way to ruin it.

My guess is you have never smoked a brisket.
