May the Fourth be With You

Talk all the smack you want... it's why my Peloton username is what it is... get on the bike and I'm probably passing you.
i dont get passed. pfffffffffffffft. i dont do the whole talking bike, i get outdoors and do actual biking or i have a cheap 300 dollar pro form bike that we added some extra sensors to for the rainy/winter days

I haven't ridden my road bike in years, but my mountain bike gets some usage riding with my kid. Reminds me that it's time to get her a new bike since she's outgrown the old one.

I have a decent road bike, but I don't trust cars. I get outside anything else, but I just don't want to deal with that headache.

also I am not great at cardio, so the talkie bike is something I didn't expect getting into as much as I have.

i dont do the on road/street "bike paths" fuck that noise gimme my own wide ass path or gtfo

i really like riding around the lakes, well one in particular is my fav it is a good 8 miles around minimum but has alternate paths and wide open when we go early in the day in the summer and its nice enough to go before 10AM we get to see the deer out doin their thing still which is fun.

when its all done there's a park that i let the youngest play at though this year he may be moving to the tandem since he's on the cusp of being too big for his seat on my bike which is rated right around 45lbs and hes right at that.

i gotta buy a new bike because i taught my middle (oldest boy) to ride a bike earlier this spring and now the daughter needs a bike and has taken over the wifes 24" mountain bike so i think i gotta get the wife a new bike at least that is the hint she has dropped lol

bah my kids are spoiled with extra gears en sech lol though the middle is still figuring out how to change them while moving its fun to watch lol.

we got one of these that the youngest is currently in. not sure how i feel about him being on the tandem during actual biking not just to the park or something slow but he rode the tandem to the park the other day and did well (he just turned 5)

tandem that the middle rode but now has his own but its like a 20" 6 speed mountain bike cant remember exactly what it looks like and too lazy to go to the garage and look lol

then i ride a 21 speed mountain and the wife has/had (daughter stealing) a 24" girls version of the same bike but the wife has been wanting to go to a 26" anyway so shes going to get the newer model of this one. we upgraded our seat/saddle cuz fuck them skinny ass ball numbing seats.

yea i havent ridden a bike like that in many years im not racing anyone and im doing it more for leisure and cardio so a big heavy ass mountain bike is okay with me. hell im usually either towing on a tandem (the tandem) and was used to pulling an 90lb kid who didnt wana pedal lol i usually just have the youngest now for extra weight but that may be done soon

Diet dew and vodka is not a good drink.

This was an actual suggestion to me by an actual bartender.

my go to cocktail is 1 part gin to 2 parts gin.
