The death penalty part is a little over the top but I can definitely go with long prison sentences and huge fines that go to abused women causes.
 
He probably got railroaded, but he’s still a shitty HC. MSU officials/donors are idiots for overpaying for him in the first place.

Zach Smith is a pretty big hack doing what he's doing now, but he definitely got screwed over before. I'm not upset because OSU upgraded big time with Hartline, but Smith's ex-wife was/is a certified megacunt. Her own mom even sided with Zach.

Yep. Even if they didn't have those past issues. It's still a terrible look, as a figure head, to be beating off on the phone to some girl who's had dealings with the university. It may have very well been consensual, but that doesn't make it much better.
