Minor League Football

I don’t know where to start with this illogic.
“without ncaa, schools can’t do what they want.”
Ummm ok
Well that isn’t what I said so of course it doesn’t make sense to you.

Of course a network, but networks aren’t going to run the super league. It isn’t the NCAA Ohio State has to worry about, it is the B1G. The B1G makes the schedules, determines who is their champion. Determines X, Y and Z. Ohio State needs to the NCAA much more than the B1G.

As long as there are conferences then yes. The NCAA is a governing body overall conferences.
I think you’re deeply misunderstanding something very simple.

let me help. The schools can form their own league with their own rules about player compensation, transfer protocols, media buys, profit sharing, high school interaction, etc etc etc, and the specific shifty, old boy, anachronistic, shitty “ncaa” doesn’t figure into it at all.
So what I said before is absolutely true in response to your ignorant previous statement:
The schools don’t need the ncaa to do what they want

ESPN disagrees.

Who do you think benefits the most from TX/OU joining the SEC?

The Big 10's decision to further expand will be based entirely on economic value to the networks which trickles down to the conference.

ESPN is running CFB and has been for a while. They just let the schools think they are in charge.

And who is going to oversee it thus regulate it? Schools need the NCAA, just as every sports needs a commissioner.

ESPN disagrees? ESPN will be small peanuts if a super league comes to fruition. Amazon will be paying for that shit since it looks like Bezo’s Redskins deal is dead.

Is mlb overseen by the ncaa?
Is the FBI?
Is your high school swim team?
Is high stakes poker?
Is your mom’s bingo game?
Is your church?
No, they have a different organizational structure. They don’t need the ncaa.
The member schools of college football don’t need, Specifically, the ncaa.
you can’t be this dumb.

Hmm, you can’t be this dumb to use analogies that don’t make sense. The NCAA is far from perfect but what other governing body is going govern college football. You can’t be naive enough to think that the commissioners are going to agree. We have had this debate with the Big East and the ACC in college basketball for decades. They were bigger than the NCAA but need someone to govern over rules that members school wouldn’t agree upon.

MLB doesn’t have alumni
The FBI is legally controlled by the executive branch
Your high school swim team has the equivalent of the NCAA running it
Poker is a pay to play and controlled by gambling boards
Bingo games see the above
Church’s are a dumb comparison unless you single out the Catholic Church

“The equivalent”
Yup. Your brain is starting to wake up. It only took you three or four attempts. Let’s see if you can jog your tiny mind the next step.

There’s upheaval and realignment and almost chaos and restructuring because of one fact: the principals (players) are finally making money. Psssst. That’s how it’s supposed to work.

The name for the new league?
I’ll set the bar at:
College Football Union (CFU or CFBU).

CFBU organizing 64 member schools into four 16-team divisions.
Each division plays a nine-game division schedule.
The division schedule is set up into a four-team pods OR three permanent rivals scheme.
Two teams in each division with best intra-div records play in a DCG (divisional championship game) to decide Divisional Champ.
8 or 12-team CFBU playoff.
Four Division champions are guaranteed the four top seeds in the CFBU Playoffs.
Remaining playoff slots go to the next top ranked teams decided by the rankings of AP/CFP/BCS-type/ or some new CFBU ranking.
First round (and quarterfinals) of playoffs cannot feature divisional opponents.

The great consolidation awaits us.
There's something going on in the background that we are not privy to.
That’s why these coaches are making these crazy moves
