Fuck our pitching development in the minors. EVERY FUCKING PITCHER WE BRING UP HAS TROUBLE THROWING STRIKES!!

No injury that I know of. I think his ERA as a starter is around 5.00. AZ moved him to the bullpen and his velocity raised and was one of the best relievers in baseball in 2017. I don’t think he’s started a game since.

for some reason he still gets this rep as a flamethrower but it seems like he sits 91-94 most nights. He came into the league hitting 98 consistently.
