How about a current NFL with 5 WC picks. Simple

I'm good with the odd year or this idea. The odd year is a little more complex but doesn't matter to me.
 
Anybody know where I can find a job, i'm tired of selling insurance and would love a new career!

Still want to be a salesman? I have a couple buddies that sell cars, one buddy that sells cars and he is moving back to Houston. You can really make some good money but not for everyone...
 
We should do a draft where halfway through we switch teams.

The only way to do this fairly is doing it random. Basically Nos will set the rules like always but then he will just decide halfway through a draft to do a random swap (pick out a hat or something). No announcement before the draft. Could be interesting.

Devil text me yesterday he would like to do an NFL partners draft where one guy picks for defense the other for offense.

I would like to do a partners draft where both guys draft 22 players and then after combining to 44, cut the roster to 26 or 28 and start the best players
 
Or a hoop draft where two guys draft 10 and then combine and the 20 guys are split however into 4 quarters

I think it would be funner to pair after the draft. But the starting lineup can be whatever 5 players they want each quarter, 2 Centers, 3 guards, whatever.
And, each team can make 1 trade post draft cut only if all 4 GMs approve.
 
NBA next? If so:

Do a decade of debut each, 10 players each.

You pick a guy with more than 5 all star berths who debuted in each decade (70's, 80's, 90's, 00's and 10's) for each decade and for each decade as well you pick a player with less than 5 all star berths.

Just a suggestion I thought of but 1 I think has merit.
