If I'm the parent and see this breaking the rules going on for something so easily proven, I mean it is just a recruit so no reason for them not to tattle on the school, then I'm running away. Just a short order of time until the NCAA finds out, just like they are now with UM.

NCAA has so much more than we know about on that school. So all the "it's just a burger" and "I read the leaked notice and its not there" is just wishful thinking.

We are in a new world, which we weren't back then. Even so, all these are still violations in the current landscape, which makes me laugh.
