More Michigan Cheating

I mean, if you also think two men fighting in a bar is the exact same as a large man sexually assaulting a small woman, well you fit right in as a michigan fan I guess.
You're misrepresenting that argument. I said that criminally speaking slapping someone's ass is equal to punching someone in a bar fight. You might feel emotionally that one is worse than the other, but criminally speaking those are pretty equal crimes.

They were in fact different coaches....and the hype for that game was significantly different. Ohio State had spent 3 seasons trying to beat Michigan and really focused on that in 2023. 2021 was more of a shock, Ohio State expected to easily walk in and score 100.
LOL nice try, thanks for proving my point.

You've worked hard to change it to "slapping ass", but it wasn't slapping ass it was a guy grabbing a girl by the crotch.

We were never talking about if one or the other was a crime though. You know that, but you're trying to lie your way out of it. It's also been proven to be a lot more than slapping someone's ass, but you're a michigan fan, so here we are.

Ok. maybe I'm misremembering the incident, one of these involved an ass slap (yes there has been multiple "incidents" ). It was over the clothes in a public line -- It is criminally equal to punching someone in the bar. This doesn't not change that, nor does it justify/support/downplay it as is essentially the claim here.

Oh that's the same incident alright. It was far more than an ass slap, as I showed you back when this conversation was first had. The young woman was dealing with PTSD after the incident, and she recalled the events pretty vividly.

What's your point? Michigan's defense was ranked 8th in scoring defense in 2021. 1st in 2023. 7th in 2022. Statistically almost equal. Ohio State scored 27, 23 and 24 points in those games. Statistically almost equal.

Right. And I said her emotional state after the fact doesn't change the fact that criminally speaking those are fairly equal crimes.

If two robberies happen, identical, and one person has PTSD after the fact from the robbery and the other doesn't, that doesn't change the severity of the crime.

Big Difference!!! One probably would not be prosecuted and the other is a life felony. There is also a big difference between two men fighting in a bar and one man punching another man in a bar. One in mutual fray and the other is assault and battery.

Right. OSU's offense was ranked 1st in 2021 and 45th in 2023. Again, thank you for proving my point.

Again, nobody questioned either being a crime. Why do you keep lying about that and avoiding context?

I agree with you wholeheartedly. Now you can see why MnB was being ripped apart for equating the two.

There are so many extenuating circumstances to equate any to crimes. The impact on the victim could be a huge factor both criminally and civilly.

I never said you did. I said they were equal criminally.
Which was a point nobody was arguing yet you kept going back to in order to excuse Harbaugh for making that piece of shit a team captain. This is very simple, and any decent human knows that.

Absolutely, I called him out on it. If you are being honest, In-Person Scouting has to be "Pretty Fucking Low" on the infraction scale.

He tried to bring in a hypothetical event that could happen as a result of a bar fight involving someone else being hurt to equate it to the young woman being sexually assaulted by the michigan player. It was a truly disgusting display by him, right up there with wishing cancer on a kid.
