More Michigan Cheating

Why are people still posting about this -- The only people who will know what is going on cannot comment on it. Everything else is just assumptions or people making stuff up to get clicks.

Just like the OSU story -- it is just people trying to get clicks.

Reality is -- The B1G can only suspend Harbaugh a max of 1 or 2 games and fine him a max of 10,000. The NCAA can't do anything until an investigation is completed. They then have to give Michigan a notice of allegations, which Michigan has 3 months to respond to. They then have a hearing where each side presents a case before a ruling is given. These things take on average 368 days, so basically a year.

So while these posts are entertaining. They hold no truth what so ever.

Not entirely true. The can only suspend him 2 games without Michigan and the Presidents having a say in the matter.

If they go more, Michigan can take it to court and the Presidents would have to approve it. Gotta imagine they would already know they have the approval if they ask for more and I would really think they would have some good evidence as well.

If they go more based on what we know then no way it sticks

I did read somewhere that if this does come to pass and Michigan does sue it would open them up to even more scrutiny. Not sure how true that is

Let’s do it. I hope Harbaugh sues each and every coach in the conference for defamation.

What scrutiny? They already have the NCAA investigating them. You can't get much more scrutiny than that. What are they going to do? Investigate them again?

Court opens them up to discovery (that was the term I was looking for). That gives both sides complete access to the others evidence. This isn't something they have to share beforehand

Sounds like this isn’t something the big ten wants. Let’s open up the information on these private calls! Let’s do this thing!

Keep trying to make every excuse you can because you are too much of a chicken shit bitch to admit your team fucked up.
lol. Enjoy your pointless season. I’m going to be basking in the success of an elite program having an elite season. Our team did nothing wrong and the courts will validate this. The other big ten teams are pussies.

You can continue to deflect here and again you are too much of a bitch to admit it. But the excuses get funnier and funnier and we ain't close to done. Congrats also on finally playing someone week 11.

False.

That's the most the commissioner (acting alone) can do.

A committee of presidents can levy much harsher penalties.

So you realized how retarded your excuses sounded for the glasses and decided to deflect. Checks out

Name an excuse? Fuck these allegations. They’re nonsense perpetuated by a loser bitch. And you’re caught up in them because your team sucks. It’s great to be the king!
