The PAC 12 departing schools agreed to it when they signed it.
Just like Michigan agreed to follow the Big 10 Institutional Governance Standards when they signed it.

Didn't McElwain himself refer to him as the "cheater guy"? It is also very, very strange that in all this time, CMU hasn't been able to come out and simply say "Oh that's (fill in the blank), he's on our staff".

Probably because they don't want to incriminate themselves if it is and McElwain gave him the pass to help them beat Sparty.

Said it from the start. This entire thing started on an Ohio State message board, hours before it was leaked anywhere else. This absolutely came from Ohio State. And that's not including the compounding evidence since.
