A two game suspension against random teams of our choice, one of which is a MAC school and the other is a mid-B10 school; while purposefully skipping the OOC matchup against Oklahoma.

He's guilty of deleting the texts and that's it.

So, you have no ability to wait for the NCAA investigation to be completed. Why don’t you turn your evidence over, and maybe the NCAA will hire you. Should there be a follow-up civil case you can be the expert witness. I have repeatedly said that I won’t say that Michigan is innocent or guilty, because the only actual evidence I’ve seen is nothing (as it should be).

Should an investigating agency leak information they could be held culpable in court. Now go and play on another thread … you bore me.

That's because I haven't seen the texts and only know what Michigan has leaked to the press regarding them.

Given stallions was hired to steal signs, I’d expect every single member of the coaching staff had conversations with him about sign stealing. There’s nothing in the texts to suggest Moore knew stallions was breaking rules to collect information.

We absolutely know the charge, we have the NOA. The allegations didn't include anything about a connection to Stallion's scheme. And the fact that Michigan thinks they can get away with suspending him for CMU (lol) and Nebraska (lol) which come after Oklahoma, I think that's pretty telling about how serious they think this is.

The full NOA hasn't been released. All of the text messages haven't been released. Moore's current suggested punishment is Michigan's punishment, not the NCAA's potential punishment.

Michigan has cherry picked what has been leaked. They've done that in attempt to minimize the violations and plea bargain the most severe NCAA penalties down based on public perception.

You have no idea what the NCAA has in it's entirety. You only know what Michigan has told you (leaked) which is very likely sugar coated lipstick on a pig, because they're facing a number of serious Level 1 violations.
