The full NOA hasn't been released. All of the text messages haven't been released. Moore's current suggested punishment is Michigan's punishment, not the NCAA's potential punishment.

Michigan has cherry picked what has been leaked. They've done that in attempt to minimize the violations and plea bargain the most severe NCAA penalties down.

You have no idea what the NCAA has in it's entirety. You only know what Michigan has told you (leaked) which is very likely sugar coated lipstick on a pig, because they're facing a number of serious Level 1 violations.

The difference is, Michigan being the defendant can leak information. If the NCAA does it, it can be actionable in a court of law. The NCAA has the burden of proof, and anything that is released that hasn't been vetted could cause damage. I think that anything the NCAA or Michigan has been accused of leaking is bullshit. Just meaningless speculation. I will wait for the investigation to conclude, and if there is a civil suit, I'll wait for that too. There is a reason this investigation is taking so long, and I have no idea what it is.

It is amazing how some people know everything … I don’t want to be too critical of a Michigan poster, but what the fuck? @MAIZEandBLUE09 and @ralphiewvu are both full of shit. The difference is this is @MAIZEandBLUE09 supporting his team. The only thing I can figure with @ralphiewvu is losing 127-0 in the only time they’ve played Michigan.

I'm using reasoning and plausibility based on the video I posted here more than once for my opinion. You don't need sources for this. While no one knows the whole story (something we agree on), using what we already know to make a pretty educated guess is really the only way to do it. Not using homeless and implausibility. October 19, 2023 this thread started. Still nothing has been completed. I am thinking that there are 2 possible reasons:

This whole case is like the Russian Collusion Delusion. Rumors, Lies and Non-Investigating Reporting. With ohio state playing the role of Hillary Clinton.

This whole case could be like Epstein Island. Michigan is guilty, but there are so many other names that the NCAA doesn't want to release.

Either way, the should be a right to a speedy trial, and that hasn't happened.

I am not certain I understand any of this. Philosophically (in my humble opinion) stealing electronic communications or interfering with electronic communications is wrong. Stealing non electronic communications is nothing more than paying attention. Stealing play books or having a spy player on another team is wrong. What did Michigan do?

I think what you are alluding to is that Michigan was not prepared for TCU. Researching, watching video, analytics and scouting are all part of the preparation. If you are able to steal non electronic signs ... that is on the team getting their signal stolen.

On any given day ... TCU did not make it to the playoffs by sucking. You will hear no whining from me. I hope Harbaugh and team do not takes their eyes off Sparty, because Sparty will not lay down.

Michigan gave up an average of 15 points per game before TCU game.

Michigan gave up 51 points vs TCU. The same TCU team that scored 7 vs Georgia in the next game.
