More Michigan Cheating

The NOA contained exactly was it says "Allegations".
The NOA did not tell Michigan what evidence they had to support said 'Allegations'.

The NCAA's evidence was presented
at the meeting.
If they had no evidence, or if said evidence was weak, then Michigan would have leaked it by now.

Stop moving the goalposts.

You claimed "ALL" of the evidence was included in the original NOA document that was handed down to Michigan.

It wasn't and never is.

An institution has to request evidence AFTER receiving the NOA.

Of course Michigan requested it and had it before the meeting.

The NCAA then provided the evidence to the Committee of Infractions in the recent meeting.

Are you so dumb as to think Michigan would have provided the NCAA's evidence to the Committee?

No. you claimed new evidence would be presented at this hearing .

YOU were wrong

All the evidence is either directly put into the NOA or made available to Michigan at the time the NOA is delivered. This is a distinction without a meaningful difference regarding what we’re talking about.

I did not claim that at all.

I said the NCAA would present their evidence at the meeting.

Meaning it would be evidence that Michigan requested, but hasn't leaked.

the ncaa presented their argument at the meeting, which included already shared evidence. No new evidence would have come from the meeting.

Kindly show where I used the word "new" in any post.

You can't because I never did.

It's you adding that term in your goalpost moving and moonwalking.

So, are we 14 days into the 90 day window?

You were clearly suggesting new evidence would be presented, or that Michigan didn’t bother to ask for it prior to the committee meeting; both are absurd suggestions. No, you didn’t use the exact word “new” but by suggesting you thought more leaks would come out of this meeting means you believed new information would be presented. All the cards were on the table when Michigan responded to the NOA after the 90 days and sent this to an infractions committee.

"suggesting" :airquotes:

maze&blew classic goalpost moving and moonwalking.

I stated the NCAA presented it's evidence to the committee. They had to because Michigan certainly wasn't going to present the evidence to the committee or publicly.

Remember maze&blew creating and posting in multiple threads that Michigan was going to sue the pants off of the NCAA, Big 10, ESPN, and Ohio St, and that they were all shaking in their boots?

Who's next on the list of failed threats, the Infractions Committee? LMFAO

There’s no goalposts moved. You’re just not taking accountability for what you originally said. The ncaa presented their argument and evidence. Evidence Michigan had full access to as soon as the NOA was delivered and an argument contained in the NOA. There was no leak because no new information exists.

That’s not what I was suggesting. But go off.

You were challenged to prove where I used the term "new" regarding evidence presented to the Infractions Committee.

You haven't done that, nor can you do it.

If you didn’t mean new, then you expected them to leak old news? Got it.

Oh yes you did.

Everyone who was involved in talking about the Connor Stalions story was in big troubles from Michigan's crack law firm. LMAO

Remember threatening that Michigan was gonna Leave the Big 10?
No. The big ten. Then they backed down so they could win a national title.

How it all started in Nov 2023, maze&blew edition.....

1) 'Stalions is not an employee of Michigan. He can do what he wants.'

Once it was proven Stalions was indeed a Michigan athletic department employee who's job was literally stealing signs.....

2) 'Yeah but, Sherrone Moore didn't even know who Stalions was.'

Once a photo was shown of Stalions standing next to Moore on the Michigan sidelines during a game....

3) 'That doesn't prove Moore knew Stalions'

It's then uncovered that Moore deleted a long chain of text messages with Stalions.

4) 'What Stalions did wasn't against the rules because he used his own credit card and was sending family and friends. It was an ingenious loophole.'

5) "The NCAA doesn't think it's illegal because there's no NOA"

NCAA delivers NOA.....

6) "It's just a minor infraction"

No, you flaming idiot.

Michigan wasn't gonna leak any evidence that would trash their narrative that 'Michigan din't do nuffins'.

Michigan selectively leaked.
Basically the entire notice of allegations was leaked. What else do you think Michigan was going to leak? This is an insane argument

Seriously, if there are ramifications that cause quantifiable damages to Michigan, Michigan has a right to compensation. I don’t know who has what evidence on anything (no one has cleared me for this kind of information). Seems to be more complicated than any of us know. I’ll wait it out, and in the end … I’m still a Michigan Fan - they ain’t losing me.
