I like how he totally isn't coping but he's trying to convince us that Michigan really is special because of some hilarious made up "well it counts here but not there" rules for some stupid meaningless accomplishment.

I'm not sure it really matters, if you said Michigan was the only unranked team to finish the last two games of the season against the #1 national champs and #17 ranked Alabama, it would probably also be true. And as I illustrated well before yesterday, beating Ohio State is the primary goal of any season. We already had a successful season by the time bowls started, you know, after winning the national title last year; which was an unexpected bonus on top of beating Ohio State that year too.

The moral of the story is that beating Ohio State is always fun under either circumstance.

I can't think of a single sport where the champion gets to that point by having a flawless season. What that means is that no one gives two shits about the journey, only who is standing on top at the destination.

I realize you are trying to cope and troll, but it's turned to the point it is just sad.

I can't think of another sport I actually care about either.....they all suck in comparison. I get it, you'll never understand.

Once again it's not 1900 whatever anymore, it's a different era and all that matters in this era for the power teams is national titles.

Considering your tenuous grasp on college football, I commend you continuing to focus on it as a singular sport before you venture out to try to understand other ones.
