GAME National Championship: Washington vs Michigan 7:30pm ET ESPN

Really destroyed any chance for points with that decision
It was a selfish play on his part -- we don't need you to turn it up and try to get one or two more yards. We have no timeouts. His decision cost UM points and we can't afford to not grab points when we have the chance.

their motion's doing a nice thing opening things up
The drops, the missed throws on wide open guys... They have had spells like that before, but that's not what their high level of play normally is.

If they can rally at the half they can get back in it, but that's a tall order. Michigan isn't through getting easy/large runs. We knew UW would give some of those up. D has done just enough to not let it get away.

Still like Michigan's chances to finish, but it's not over.

Our district just closed schools tomorrow. Hot damn.

For both teams really. Penix has had time. How he missed that 4th down pass not under duress... :L

50 mph winds and 4 inches of rain. The ground is already soaked.

could be looking at 2+ inches of rain along with 45 mph gusts... and we just had 10 inches of snow

Have that wind + snow. Most of the state gonna be closed for 2nd straight day

Explain why Michigan shouldn’t go for it on 4th and 3 with 12 seconds left with FG threshold well within reach?
That’s a conversion and a spike with a couple seconds left to kick a long FG.
If you fail to convert, you leave Washington with 5-7 seconds from the middle of the field?

Explain
