(Player had to have played in at least one game in the year you choose them for)

1. Drafted in 1981, 1982 or 1983
2. Pro Bowl for two or more teams
3. Had at least 7 interceptions in a season
4. Never played in the Super Bowl
5. Caught at least 88 passes in a season
6. Weighed at least 307 pounds
7. Only played for one team
8. Started at least 168 games
9. Played more than one position on the offensive line
10. Had exactly 9 TD receptions in a season
11. College, Penn St, Florida St, Arizona St, Washington St, Michigan St, Ohio St, Mississippi St, Iowa St, Oklahoma St or LSU

We draft 10 in basketball 18 in baseball 24 in football.

We are NOT voting we will be using a ranking system.

I will post the points for the ranking system once I see how many people we have drafting.

There are little restrictions in this super draft, should be nice and easy.

Yeah... I was looking at some of those types of comparisons. I think you should have 9th place be worth 0 in every sport. This helps discourage the tanking of a sport. I think the NFL values as a whole may be a bit high. Your 8th place is equal to 4th in the NBA. Maybe a bit more top heavy overall and closer together in the middle. Not much difference between a 6th place and a 4th place finish. At least not as much as the difference between 1st and 2nd.

Those are my quick observations. Feel free to ignore them. I will still draft a kick ass team... or teams.
 
I think what you should do is have less disparity in points at the top to middle teams in terms of points, and then steep drop offs for the bottom teams. Also by doing this you don't have to weight the points per draft.

That way it punishes for tanking or drafting poorly and gives more opportunities for teams that drafted balanced squads to win.

If you give away more points at the top for finishing first in voting for a particular sport it emphasizes punting. The winner of this draft, in theory, should be the person who was able to put together the collective best squads.

So for example:
NBA/NFL/MLB
1st: 15 points
2nd: 13 points
3rd: 12 points
4th: 11 points
5th: 10 points
6th: 9 points
7th: 3 points
8th: 2 points
9th: 1 point


The point scale can be altered, but this is my example to just show how this would work.

NBA is 1995 NBA
MLB as long as they played the position you can put them there
