Think I'm going to take a stab at some birria tacos. Maybe won't go full on and just end up doing a brisket shredded into tacos but wanting to make my own corn tortillas this weekend. haven't done it in a while and have days to work on the full menu and then still recover. I'll post photos of course whatever I end up doing.

Took out 18 pounds of pork butt and a turkey from the freezer last night. They'll be going on the shhmoker Saturday morning.
