Yeah, the guy's an abusive asshole who had sex parties and had his girlfriends do sexual acts for him. The video of the beating in the hotel hallway is good enough for a DV conviction and civil suit, but being forced to perform sexual acts without consent is a he said/she said.

I haven't seen much in the way of underage stuff, though there was plenty of correlated underage guests who were at the parties -- at least before they turned into full-on freak-offs. I doubt highly you'll get Justin Bieber on the witness stand, saying that "Yes, Mr. Prosecutor, I met Mr. Combs when I was 14 and he made me eat his ass sooooo much, that's why I'm such a fuckup today!"

Here's how it will shake out: Diddy will be found guilty of a few serious crimes. In order to support the notion that civil suits have merit, there needs to be some criminal charges that he's convicted of. Enough victims will testify to that effect, even if it's not 100% true.

It's about timing. Pulling up emails or texts from 12 years ago where she said she loved orgies doesn't mean she's locked into doing it forever, or when they start to get truly dark and nasty.

There's mountains of evidence, because Diddy's a dumbass who filmed a lot of it. Take people across state lines for the purposes of paid sexual encounters, that's trafficking.
