i would hate to see teams no longer face the gauntlet of 5-7 Wisconsin, 8-5 Western Kentucky, 6-6 South Florida and FCS Mercer.

not rewarding that type of scheduling is going to doom the sport.

Bama have themselves to blame. Losing three games puts you at the mercy of the committee, and they didn't feel merciful toward Bama today.

Don't like it? Win the games they're supposed to win and put themselves in position to not be left to such mercy.

Good attitude, kind of how I feel about OSUs harder path. All they had to do was beat Michigan and they are the 5 seed at worst.

This isn't like before where you lose one random game and your season is fucked.
