Post Here If You No Longer Give A Shit If Michigan Cheated

How, exactly, does this prove that the same group investigating this guy's computer crimes didn't uncover the Stallions stuff?
A number of reasons, but notably he’s not listed in the notice of violations by the ncaa. This just puts it to bed because it was still a lingering conspiracy. The running accusation was, of course, that he hacked into other schools to steal their sign information.

Still ain't a great look for a school currently facing failure to monitor charge.

I always assumed the investigation started with this guy, whether he was involved or whether they just stumbled across it when investigating him. That looked to be even more true when it was reported the leak came from inside Michigan.

The dude was doing it for 8 years spanning multiple organizations, a majority of which was at the Ravens. He was only with UM for the last 2 years of the 8 years span.

I'm not sure what point you are trying to make?

Wood chipper. Feet first. I have no tolerance for pervs.
Yes, couldn't agree more. The penalty for these type of acts should be along the same line as murder, as the pervs are causing damages to the victims that will last a lifetime.

You have the NOA? Please share.

The allegation was he hacked into other schools to steal practice video.

The fact that he may not be in the NOA in no way obviates the possibility that evidence of Stalion's scheme was found by the group that initially investigated Weiss. What he did may not have been an NCAA violation but that doesn't necessarily mean that the allegations were found some other way.

He’s not charged with hacking other schools, now is he? So you’re saying he committed a crime and rule violation both the ncaa and fbi didn’t charge him with?

This guy needs to see jail time. From what I heard on the radio, he needs to spend a long time in jail.
Having a great paying job at an elite University just isn’t enough for some people.

From what they were saying on the radio -- and I cannot say if this is true or not, as I haven't really followed it that closely. He has done this at multiple stops and just so happened to get caught at UM. So he had hacked thousands of athletes account to look for NSFW pics and videos.

The guy deserves to be locked in jail, in gen pop, and let the inmates handle him.

He stole identities that got him access to over 100 colleges.

This cannot be reposted enough for @MAIZEandBLUE09

Holy Hell -- I thought it was bad when it was 100's of student athletes. I just noticed what you tagged has it at 150,000.

That guy needs to be buried underneath the prison. All those poor kids. So glad he was caught and hope they throw the book at him.

That has to be a federal crime. They should be able to throw the book at him. I hope!!

An imaginary asterisk just like the imaginary 97 Nebraska title. Fits.
kick in nuts GIF

That very little of this alleged crime actually happened at Michigan and it was the Michigan IT department that caught him and turned him into the authorities.

No.
The federal indictment alleges Weiss gained illegal access to a database of student-athletes at more than 100 colleges and universities that was maintained by a third-party company. Weiss is accused of downloading personal information and medical data of more than 150,000 athletes and using that information to obtain access to the social media, email and cloud storage accounts of more than 3,000 athletes and download personal intimate digital photographs and videos "that were never intended to be shared beyond intimate partners," federal prosecutors said Thursday.

It isn't difficult to prove. Ohio KNEW what Michigan was going to do on offense in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. Hell -- all of CFB knew what Michigan was going to do. Knowing what is coming and stopping it are two different things.

As I said -- I tip my cap to Ohio for keeping the national title in the B1G. The fact that thread is still going is wild though, especially after UM beat Ohio without Stallion AND Harbaugh in 2023, then did it again in 2024, without a QB and multiple all-americans out injured.

I'm praying Underwood is as good as advertised and the games are as good the next four years now.
Wrong to start out.

MI has 1 clean win vs. THE in 13 years. As has been said too many times, when you build a team on cheating, that team is cheating and you cannot just change all your signs mid season in the blink of an eye. When you have the players studing new signs they are not studying film and yes that cheating gives an advantage. Its funny mi fans think that a team that was so desperate to cheat over multiple years all of a sudden just stopped cheating.

I agree, I do enjoy seeing mi with hope and watching their dreams get crushed. :beer2:

You are correct. I was wrong. Still, guy is a creep (and reportedly some sort of computer whiz as well).

What is your theory on who outed Michigan's cheating scandal?

I think it was just another fired staffer, there’s a reason the name hasn’t leaked. And there’s a reason Michigan is pushing for it to be leaked (according to ncaa rules it technically can’t be anonymous).
