We had a Roomba for years, since bought an ufy. I like it better. Docks itself for recharging.
my Roomba docks itself. It will get stuck time to time, but it can get back to the docking station if needed.

I have heard decent things about ufy too, though

Maybe ours was early generation. The charging station hung on the wall.

never heard of that style, must be old.

I have had mine with a docking station since 2007 or so?

bought it from Hammlacher Schlemer so it has a lifetime guarantee.

That bastard would have been target practice. If you think I’m gonna slightly inconvenience myself to charge a vacuum cleaner, you’ve lost your God damn mind

Wow. 13 years? How often do you use it?

I have to replace our regular vacuum like every two years.

I have 3 kids that make the bulk of the mess in the house. They would destroy a roomba, my middle is constantly spilling things like grape jam on the floor then thinks it is okay to just leave it.

Naturally the 3 kids that i have are also responsible for cleaning up their messes. I have a steam mop they use, but have recently been considering a bissell crosswave (a wet dry vacuum mop thinger) but right now it doesnt cost me to have them work harder to clean their own mess soooooooooo they can deal with good ol fashioned broom dustpan and steam mop.

not to mention FUCK SKYNET! (dont tell alexa i said that though, she is listenign to me in every room of the house, prolly hacked my cameras too)

I have 4 now. Pretty much why we got the Robot vacuum. LOTS of popcorn.

daily.

I have sent a couple back to take advantage of the guarantee and get a newer model when available

So far it has been a great investment.
