It would appear the MWC has no GoRs. So it seems likely, SDSU could declare by June 30th of 2024 to leave and join the PAC for the 2025 season without doubling their buyout. That’s all assuming the MWC doesn’t make them sign a new contract to stay there for this fiasco.

I doubt the MWC is going to tear up their contract and create a new GOR. I don't even know if they could legally do that without the networks being on board.

It doesn’t appear they have a GoR. I tried to ask the edgy prick but he wouldn’t answer. I can’t imagine the networks would be against the MWC keeping their top earning program in the conference for a new deal. But again, if nothing is changed, what’s stopping SDSU from doing this next year and the year after until they get into the PAC?
