Again. Should’ve happened at end of ‘14. Should’ve happened in ‘15. Took until the middle of a 4-8 season for the light to go on.

Thats a lot of rope to hang em with. It’s almost like he was reluctant to fire his buddy.

How long did it take Bill Callahan to fire Kevin Cosgrove? Hint: He never did.

I can give dozens of examples of coaches keeping their buddies employed for years and years, but someone wants to argue nit-noid bullshit that a year and a half is too long.
