Sounds like a good 6 weeks, a bad 24 hours, and a mixed next day.Because it makes me feel better and... well... I spent six weeks in the US eating and drinking everything I saw.![]()
I haven't been in the ocean yet this summer. Need to rectify that soon.Gentleman, never end a 24 hour fast with a 2 oz. shot of tequila, a shrimp cocktail and seven beers while swimming vigorously at the beach.![]()
I drank a gallon of water, took a sleeping tablet and slept/pee'ed for the next 12 hrs. I feel like a million bucks now.Sounds like a good 6 weeks, a bad 24 hours, and a mixed next day.
I haven't seen the ocean in 2 years. Just terrible.I haven't been in the ocean yet this summer. Need to rectify that soon.
Not in favor of private employers setting requirements for employment?it's not political if you're in favor of it
I go 3-4 times a week and limit myself to alcohol once at week at most and sometimes even on the day I'm allowed I've started choosing not to partake, even if friends do. I always feel better without.I haven't been in the ocean yet this summer. Need to rectify that soon.
We went a couple of times in the spring, but the water was way too cold to swim still. Just hung out on the beach and let the kiddos play on the playgrounds.I haven't seen the ocean in 2 years. Just terrible.
You're asking the wrong guy; I've never had a real j... j... JOB. There, I said it.Not in favor of private employers setting requirements for employment?
Getting old.I go 3-4 times a week and limit myself to alcohol once at week at most and sometimes even on the day I'm allowed I've started choosing not to partake, even if friends do. I always feel better without.
Which beach was that?We went a couple of times in the spring, but the water was way too cold to swim still. Just hung out on the beach and let the kiddos play on the playgrounds.
I'm generally a 1-2 drinks a day person these days. Definitely don't "get after it" like I did in my 20s.I go 3-4 times a week and limit myself to alcohol once at week at most and sometimes even on the day I'm allowed I've started choosing not to partake, even if friends do. I always feel better without.
My mistake. You're asking the wrong guy; I've never had a real j... j... JOB. There, I said it.

Asbury Park and Belmar.Which beach was that?
I know. You must be getting old when you value going to bed at 9pm feeling good and waking up feeling good over getting drunk.Getting old.
Oh, okay! Didn't realize you were there.Asbury Park and Belmar.
My hangovers last days, not hours. Very picky about when I choose to have one.I know. You must be getting old when you value going to bed at 9pm feeling good and waking up feeling good over getting drunk.![]()
When I was in California I lived where it took a solid hour to get to the beach we liked (Delmar) but there were constant great white sightings and occasional attacks so we rarely ever went. I much prefer swimming in the Atlantic anyway.I haven't seen the ocean in 2 years. Just terrible.
I'm about 20 minutes inland. Best freeloading concert experience available at Asbury Park, during the summer we'll go to a playground that's across the street from the Stone Pony and listen to the bands. Have the Dropkicks/Rancid show, Bouncing Souls, and Flogging Molly circled on the calendar to introduce my son to.Oh, okay! Didn't realize you were there.
