Married life (with kids) is hoping you'll get "lucky", especially on your birthday (Sunday), but everything else takes priority and you slink back to the depressing hole of blue balls. C'est la vie!
 
Good Friday morning hooplas. Didn’t lift yesterday after my run which is my 1st non lifting day of the week. Won’t run tonight it’s my night off and won’t lift. Will get back to it tomorrow. I’ve been lifting 12lb dumbbells doing 200 of them in 25 increments. May up to 15 pounds. Pizza and wings tonight.

Oh, Jesus. Blue balls. I don't think I'd had that since high school, but at the start of the lockdowns, I caught a case so bad it made my spine hurt.
