why would someone do curls every day?
routine. its just what i do. i wake up, bang out 40-50 push ups. 40-50 curls. get to work, do my remaining 40-50 push ups for the day. then i get home and crank out my curls again.

I do a slightly different cranking when I wake up and before bed...

If you're truly interested, post in the fitness forum with your overall goals and what you're currently doing, equipment you have access to, and how much time you have to dedicate to your goals, which also includes your diet and supplement routine.

I may be able to provide some basic advice, but there are others that may provide additional advice if you're actually serious.

no. im proportionate. its not like i'm weight training. my friends DO do that, as youve seen. i dont. i just want a good routine, some tone, and to keep my weight down. im lucky. my dads got a full gym in his house, an 2 local friends have a ton of weights etc (leg press).
 
I probably can't bench 350. Maybe when I was 18.

Fucking arms are too long.
i put it up once lol

and i struggled, but i did it.

does this guy think im doing reps at 350? he probably cant read.
