Seriously thank you for the tip. I just do sets of 20 at 25 lb. I don't have a 10 but I do have a 15 I can step down to maybe I'll try incorporating that.@Rock Strongo , forgot to mention this yesterday. At the end of my arm workout I do curls starting at 20 lbs and going down to 10, no rest between sets (drop set). I do as many reps as possible which isn't very many. I feel pretty silly struggling with the 10 lb dumbbells.
Stand, flair your lats and use them to brace your arms. Palms facing forward, use a claw grip (thumb under the bar). This will take the forearms out of the exercise. I do both arms at the same time..so watch your lower back.
