I was just reading about that. I still wouldn't rule out the dad. Whole family sounds like a bunch of entitled pricks.

A family that has essentially nearly ran a large area of bumfuck nowhere SC. Its just a different world they are living in for the last three generations and probably under different rules than the rest of us. Guaranteed assholes. There's been stories that large companies (like Walmart) wouldn't come into the area because they didn't want to deal with the family in court.
