How is ND washed? They have played for BCS titles and have made the CFP several times.
Ehhhhhhh I can see why they would be considered as such, but I don't think they're not nearly enough of a train wreck than the other two.
Appearances can only put up a facade long enough for the reality that ND hasn't won a NY6 Bowl game in 29 seasons on an average margin of loss being 20.3 points. The only reason they're "there" is due to easier schedules, ND's biggest win was like, Clemson last year in double OT with no T-Law. Most overrated program in recent memory.
