Can't say I've ever done that. Is it still a fairly quick cook? All good, but a pork tenderloin done properly can’t be beat. Gotta coat it in pineapple slices

Or those Cincinnati "chili" guys.To me, the North Carolina vinegar guys are like the Chicago deep-dish guys.
Listem, we get it. It's good, just don't try to convince us it's better than NYC pizza or Texas/KC BBQ.
Open up those votes so we can see who voted for what.Only 7 voters? I thought this would be a pretty popular debate. I guess it’s not much of a debate? Texas wins!![]()
It really should have been the only option. The only bbq better than Texas bbq is a different Texas bbq.Only 7 voters? I thought this would be a pretty popular debate. I guess it’s not much of a debate? Texas wins!![]()
I voted for SC, but meant NC. SC is mustard based sauces while NC is vinegar based. Otherwise they are pretty similar. Love me some carolina vinegar sauce on pulled pork.It really should have been the only option. The only bbq better than Texas bbq is a different Texas bbq.
Tubesteak?whatever one I'm currently shoving in my face.
Tubesteak?
Somewhere Gigi is touching himself and thinking about buttsecs.
That’s a vote for TexasNever cared for the sweet sauces
Carolina, memphis to a degree, and Kansas City are all pig based and need to cover the flavor with sauce.Never cared for the sweet sauces
