He referenced both as NOT doing the "little things" that are expected of them.
i.e. Too much Xbox, Little Caesars Hot & Ready, and Suzy Rottencrotch. Not enough emphasis on their responsibilities like training table, weight room, team meetings, film room, etc...
If it were me, I'd flush every senior out of this program that's been here for the last 4/5 years and never bettered themselves or the team.
So what if Rhule goes (1-11)/(2/10) like he did his first seasons at Temple/Baylor. Get the toxic crap out of the locker room. Start anew.
Like I said before, I'd randomly ask questions in team meetings like....
"Hey dipshit, on such and such play where are you supposed to be and what are you supposed to do?"
If they don't know the answer kick them out because they've spent none of their 'personal time' studying their playbook. A few of those and you'll get everybody else's attention.
