'Close' to making his wife happy in taking her back to warmer weather with a $20 million buyout on top of the $5 million/yr they've gotten for the last 4 years.

At this point it should be obvious he's trying to get fired. That's why nothing makes sense and there are no changes made anywhere.
It's a gutless move, but the smart economic play.

yea, that's pretty much it. i was willing to give him more time, but then he laid that egg against Purdue coming off a bye week. damn man, seriously, off a bye. Minnesota took you to the woodshed after their bye and that didn't motivate you to try and have a little extra something coming off your bye and instead put up the same clunker as prior to it. just poor coaching. and then admitting after the game you have no new answers. like, what the hell man. come on.

I agree but remember Trey was paid to analyze football teams on tv long ago and I’m sure he will go over things with SC at the end of the year and hopefully sort out the things much needed to be addressed.

As I said, If Frost can't figure those things out for himself he needs to be gone.

If I'm Trev I'd simply call him to my office and ask what his plans are to fix the numerous issues. I would listen and not suggest a damn thing.
If Frost does not 'offer on his own' that he'll be replacing assistants and hiring a real Special Teams Coordinator, I'd simply tell him to go clean out his office as he will not be retained.

It's not up to Trev to be telling him how to run his program 4 years into it.

Yes SC was a miss on the key. Trev knows as much as we do what needs to change. I’m sure Trev will force changes one way or another.
