This should be a good tournament. There should be a lot of close games and a lot of upsets.

So ... you know how it goes.

Acc is trash. But the games have been competitive as fuck so far.

Except UL of course, but even they battled for 1 half.

Yeah, they've been competitive which is all I want. Pitt/GT will probably get ugly, but I'd expect the rest of the games to be competitive. Even BC/UNC.

DId you watch GT v FSU yesterday? That cory Alexander play by play guy is the dumbest SOB on planet earth. I get you gotta promote your league.

But he said hed take top 10 ACC vs Big 12 any day.

Then said some nonsense that the ACC is so tough cause they know each other. But FSU plays a switch everything D and Georgia Tech plays a uniqure ameba(whatever this means) of a zone. That teams out of conference wont know how to plan for it.

FLorida State literally started like 0-7 in non con lmao. And GT blew ass all year too.

Gotta keep it somewhat in the realm of intelligence. Like say you think Duke can beat Kstate or some shit.

Yeah, I did hear that. It was pretty ridiculous. You can't really take out the bottom third of a conference. Lmao. If you did that with the Big 12, the whole league is making the tournament. The top 10 of the ACC only had a combined 7 Q1 wins OOC. 3 of them were UVA too. Big 12 had 15.

The problem is the ACC bottom was so awful OOC, but performed okay in league play(outside UL). FSU beat Pitt, Miami. UL beat Clemson, BC beat UVA and swept VT(who actually did well OOC). GT beat Miami. Those are really awful losses on the resume.

There's really no justifying what he was saying.

I can see Mintz going to the NBA. Givony had him as a projected 1st rounder earlier this year.

Exactly and even the crazy thing is. If you give the Acc the handicap of cutting their worst 6.

The Big 12s full 10 still wax them this year. I couldnt believe it.
 
Apparently there are posters on this board that don't understand that it is Corey Alexander's job to pump up the ACC. Amazing. Especially since Jeff Capel publicly criticized the leagues TV partner for being overly critical when they wouldn't dare do that to SEC or the conference that hasn't won a natty since 2000.
