Making stuffed peppers tonight
 
Also, rarely do i feel like waiting an hour to heat up a potato in the oven. So about 75% of the time, i just nuke it.

Was actually going to make baked potatoes with the stuffed peppers. Since the oven will already be on for a while, I'll probs just throw the potatoes in there with it.

I just put them in a 425 oven for an hour+.

gets you a nice crisp to them once baked too.

boil, drain, season, spread on baking sheet

Two thoughts:

1) If you are doing those little red potatoes in the microwave that is a complete and utter waste of time
