Thee 2022 Oregon Decommit Thread

It is a bit tough when your OC suddenly ends up in the hospital prior to the game

And the Ducks 31-24 win over Fresno, or their 24-17 win over Cal, or their 34-31 win over UCLA, or their 26-16 win over Washington, or their 38-29 win over Oregon St.

As documented per you those were all supposed to be 30+ point blowouts.

Instead those are not things dynasties are made of, homie.

You didn't watch any of these games. Oregon dominated those games physically, none were really ever in question except for the potential throwing the game away vs UCLA.

The committee agreed that the Stanford game was a null moment. The way Oregon was ranked #3 even after that blunder proved the committee knew that was a screw job. Oregon wins out and they are in even with that loss.

The committee agreed that Oregon was a one loss team, just like they agreed Sparty was an undefeated team the same week when they put Mich St at #3.

How right were they?

1 loss Oregon was getting in over any other 1 loss team. I dont see your point

Stanford was a screw job, watch that final 5 minutes and tell me something different.

Utah at SLC was not good.

Utah in the P12CG was Miami getting involved and come to find out as time has gone on it could be that Miami was getting involved much earlier than just the PAC12CG. The entire month of November this staff was being poached
You have more excuses than Shawn Kemp has baby mommas.

1 loss Oregon was getting in over 1 loss MSU

Until week 13 rolled around and they had to flip their pencils around to the eraser side.

There is a perception and then there is a reality.

The reality said Oregon is no dynasty. The reality says Oregon has never been a dynasty.

Oregon won 24-17 and Cal ended up (5-7).

This is what dynasties are made of peeps.

Yeah, I can just hear those that wanted this. "We never thought something like this would happen when we added the early signing date." Well, duh!

Bowlsby: Early signing changes being discussed
Sankey pointed this out years ago.. But the thing is, players are beginning to EE more than ever so they still will be making a decision right before the new year to enroll in the spring semester. And now with NIL in play, more of them will start to EE to be able to take advantage of it right after their HSFB careers are done.

This thread is useless because once we hire our coach, not only could he get some of these guys back, he could also bring in his own recruits, or recruits who are now interested in Oregon because of the hire.

DJ James just hit the portal.. is he any good?
