There are only 3 phrases needed to speak to any woman:

HA! It felt like it. We are in the process of building and they have already done the footer for the house. I probably should have just jumped in. Village has an ordinance for the height of grass and I was thinking (mistakenly) that once the construction phase started I wouldn't need to worry about the grass.
